Tito is operated by axelvnk BV, based in Antwerp, Belgium. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and how we handle it. If anything is unclear, drop us a line at support@heytito.be.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, an estimate of team size, and any optional message you leave. Beyond that, the only thing we gather is anonymous usage statistics — and only if you allow it.
This site loads Google Analytics only after you accept it in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to count visits and see which pages are popular. Processing is carried out by Google Ireland Limited and data may be transferred outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo, and follow up about Tito. We don't run marketing campaigns on this list and we never sell or share your data for advertising.
Form submissions are routed through Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards them to our sales inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor and stores submissions only as long as needed to deliver them. Anonymous usage statistics, if you consent to them, are processed by Google Ireland Limited.
We keep the messages you send us while our conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you reach out again. After that, we delete them. Analytics data is retained by Google for 14 months.
Under the GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have us delete it. Email support@heytito.be and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
