Tito is operated by axelvnk BV, based in Antwerp, Belgium. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and how we handle it. If anything is unclear, drop us a line at support@heytito.be.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, an estimate of team size, and any optional message you leave. That's it — no cookies, no third-party analytics, no hidden trackers on this site.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo, and follow up about Tito. We don't run marketing campaigns on this list and we never sell or share your data for advertising.
Form submissions are routed through Formspree (formspree.io), which forwards them to our sales inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor and stores submissions only as long as needed to deliver them.
We keep the messages you send us while our conversation is active, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you reach out again. After that, we delete them.
Under the GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have us delete it. Email support@heytito.be and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
